A relaxing Etosha accommodation option

Vreugde Guest Farm has just seven standard rooms (6 twin rooms and 1 family room), so it is one of the smallest and most intimate of the establishments offering accommodation near Etosha National Park.

The rooms are all en-suite, most with toilet and shower rooms separate from each other. All rooms open directly onto our large, shady garden, and although they do not have air-conditioning, they are built to minimise daytime heat gain, with steep, over-hanging roofs, and to maximize free air-flow through the rooms at night. All windows and sliding doors have fly-screens and all rooms also have ceiling fans.

For families with small children we have one family room with a queen-sized bed and two single beds. For families with older children, we have two pairs of twin rooms that are right next to each other.

• We have a special discount rate for Namibians and SADC residents! Only 50% of our standard per person rate (DBB).

• Child rates are applicable to all children staying in family room and twin rooms alike. Children under 6 stay free of charge
• Tariffs are inclusive of coffee, tea, and cake.
• Etosha game-drives and farm / sundowner drives available on request.

Terms & Conditions

• All prices quoted in Namibian Dollars, and inclusive of 15% VAT and 1% NTB Tourism Levy.
• Pre-payments for bookings only required upon prior agreement with Vreugde Guest Farm, and upon receipt of an invoice from Vreugde Guest Farm.
• All extras (beverages, activities) to be paid at Vreugde Guest Farm upon check-out.
• Any changes to bookings or cancellations should be communicated to Vreugde Guest Farm as soon as possible.

Cancellation policy as follows:

• No cancellation fees for Coronavirus-related cancellations such as: closed international borders or travel bans, positive Covid-19 tests prior or during travel, cancelled flights.
• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to stay: No cancellation fees
• Cancellation 30-16 days prior to arrival: 25% fee
• Cancellation 15-7 days prior to arrival: 50% fee
• Cancellation 6 or fewer days prior to arrival: 90% fee
• Non-arrivals / no-shows: 90% fee
